Transfer Applicant College Course Descriptions

Transfer applicants must submit a copy of course descriptions for courses taken from each college/university attended as one PDF file including the Name, Institution, Course Number, and Course Description from their institution's catalog. Please don't upload an entire college course catalog for your submission.

You may not submit any document other than the College Course Descriptions using this form. All other supporting documentation must be sent from a college or school official directly to the Office of Admission.
